Le Weekend: Fashion In The Fast Lane, Bendel's Bows In KOP & More!

It looks like it's gonna be a dreary weekend. If you can make it out off your couch and away from the TV, here's some fun things to check out this weekend.

{Built By Wendy Sale at Grasshopper}

Grasshopper (727 Walnut Street), the little indie Center City boutique is having a 3-day only 40% off sale on their Fall 09 Built by Wendy collection. With the label's mastery of cute, unique and totes wearable pieces, we suggest you get there in a hurry to snag the best stuff. Runs now through Sunday.

{Harvest Festival & Sidewalk Sale at Bus Stop Boutique}

On Saturday from noon-5pm, head to Bus Stop Boutique (750 South 4th Street) to enjoy Fall munchies, shop Zivile Art jewelry and meet Zivile herself and get 10% off all autumn shoes and boots! Bonus - with any Shoes For Lovely People boot purchase get a free pair of tights!

{Henri Bendel Opens}

The New York City mainstay, Henri Bendel, makes it's way to the King of Prussia Mall (160 N. Gulph Road, King of Prussia) and brings us a girly wonderland of goodies. Be one of the first to check it out! Hours: Mon-Sat, 10am-9pm, Sun, 11am-6pm

{Fashion In The Fast Lane}

On Sunday from 11am-3pm fashion and racecars collide at the South Philly Fashion In The Fast Lane event held at the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum (6825-31 Norwitch Drive, Philadelphia) where South Philly retailers strut their stuff among a vintage racecar collection to benefit the Methodist Hospital Foundation. Tickets are $85 each or $75 when two or more are purchased. To purchase tickets and for more info call 215. 952.9003 or visit www.methodisthospitalfdn.org
